Abs. Abs, and some serious Abs!

I'm warning you, you might not be able to breath after this!
 
 
20x Russian Twists (with or without weight ball)
20x Crunches
20x Left Oblique Crunches
20x Right Oblique Crunches
15x V-Sits Ups
 
Repeat 3x
 
Doing some cardio after this workout is a great thing to add just remember to stretch and rehydrate!
